Morgan was born on July 2nd 1989 (Alex Morgan age: 30) to Pamela and Michael Morgan. She and her sisters Jeni and Jeri were raised in Diamond Bar, Los Angeles. Morgan played many sports throughout her childhood , but she was not a fan of soccer until the age of 14. Morgan was a member of the Cypress Elite club team and came first in the Coast Soccer League under-16 championship. She also came in third place in the bracket for under-19 players.
